I think we were all surprised at the announcement of Beyonce being pregnant of the black carpet last night. Very unexpected seeing her grow from a teenager to now and expected mom, and to see Jay-Z so excited kinna made me almost tear up. During the first 6 weeks of filming “Bad Girls Club,” things had been so quiet that the Kenner, Louisiana police department switched from two off-duty officers outside 24 hours a day to just one.Then came Tuesday night. Reserve officer Mike Sigur was less than an hour into his shift when one of the cast members opened the front door of the home. Tasha Malek, 23, told Sigur she had just been assaulted and wanted to file a formal complaint. French company, LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton agreed to take over Bulgari. LVMH will exchange 16.5 million of its own shares for the 152.2 million shares in Bulgari owned by the company’s founding family. This deal will make Bulgari the second largest shareholder in LVMH. Bulgari will now join a host of other companies behind the conglomerate including Dom Pérignon, Christian Dior, Givenchy, TAG Heuer and Sephora. Bulgari joining LVMH will be a great recovery from the bad economic times. A lot of companies have approached LVMH to buy them out, but they have remained one of the largest and best. A lot of companies were turned down, including Coach in 2009.
