I will begin by saying this I don't hate the video or the song, but it just seems awkward. Kim seems to be trying to channel her inner Mariah Carey on this motorcycle but she appears to be very uncomfortable or maybe it was just the camera angles. As I said before I dont listen to the radio, but I either will turn it or the tv on if I have to leave my dog home alone. Well today must've been my lucky day because when I heard this on the radio it took me back, you know when you are in a relationship and you two have a fight sometimes you dont want to make-up right away. Tamar is definitely a baby Toni and I love her for bringing R&B and making you actually feel these emotions through the song.

I never listen to the radio the only way I find out about songs is on Vevo, or if I hear somebody I know talking about them. I just happened to be in the barbershop yesterday and this song comes on, I knew it was Rihanna I loved it, the beat is hot, but the video takes it to that Atlanta strip-club level. Its no secret that our country has a shady past in its dealings with the states that lay below the Mason/Dixon line. However as a southerner myself I'd like to think we have an evolved way of thinking in this country that embraces our past instead of sweeping it under a rug as if it never existed. It appears as though thats what Virgil Abloh is trying to show society with his latest creation posted via instagram a few hours ago, I see it as expressionism and giving the south more of a voice. Im usually such a traditionalist when it comes to music that I have cd's in my car that were made in 1993. Its like no new singers (drake voice), but other than Miley Cyrus I have recently discovered the magic that is Ariana Grande her voice just mesmerizes me, and I know its because I grew up on Mariah Carey and Ariana is the only singer I've heard to date perfect those notes just like here. Comedian/Actor Norman Towns will be the first person to help kick off this new venture. The entertainment industry is supposed to be filled with arrogance and facades, so when you come across people like Norman Towns you are instantly drawn in. You could say its his intense positive energy, his truthfulness, or his strong spirit that can be felt by the most aloof among us. Norman's inviting personality is what's missing in the entertainment world, its a characteristic that can't be found in the most prominent acting class because it has to be organic. I found strength and a little envy in his ability to just cut himself free from what was comfortable allowing himself to follow his destiny absent of fear.
