The Life Of Pablo Cinco: No Smoke

When I'm looking for talent I try to choose the absolute best artists, or people in that field there is, Pablo Cinco is honestly in a different league than most unsigned artists I have come across in this business. Having the odds stacked against him when he was just 18 years old, Pablo was a victim of gun violence which caused him to be unable to finish 12th grade. Before that Pablo describes life growing up in Greensboro, NC as boring prompting his interest in rap beginning at 16, this helped him stay low and simply get to the money. In terms of lyrical style his flow is fire, I would say it's comparable to Big Sean with a southern twist over trap beats which in my opinion is a lot better. The young lyricist says it's easy for him to get into the creative zone when he hits the studio, by first listening to beats that help him build up his flow, after that he comes up with a hook that fits seamlessly with his flow. Most of the time when he raps, he just gets in the

Reek I'van Gives UrbanInsider A Vibe

In this industry vibes for me are how I create a written concept for the readers to accompany visuals for interactions I have with people in the industry. I had almost given up on Reek I told him, I've actually been following his career for awhile back when he was flowing over previously released industry tracks. So last night I'm trying to get my body adjusted to going to bed at a different time for my work schedule, and I get this call from PA, so I'm looking at my phone like who is this calling me this late, I almost didn't answer because I was trying to sleep. I answer the call and it's Reek, so I get up after us going back and forth due to schedule conflicts, head to the computer and I'm taking down everything he say's as quickly as I can. Before I even get into that I have to let you know he is the coolest person, for that reason alone is the reason you need to go online and purchase his new EP. In this world we have hidden gems which we call &

Video Premiere:Chuck Adams - "Take Me As I Am"

I have watched this guys career diversify since his time at "Roc Nation", from strictly r&b music, transitioning into more of an indie lane of his own, while incorporating country based tracks like this one into his sound. As artist his voice is amazing, even with his raw vocal recordings and its not too many guys in the game doing that right now. I'm happy to be hearing new music from him and even more happy to be back posting his music on my site.

It's A Smallz World After All Urban Insider Talks Hollywood With "Director Smallz"

When selecting the people with whom I work with, I try to find the absolute best there is because it's a huge representation of my brand. We are heading to my second home New Orleans by way of Los Angeles to speak with Travis Donald who goes by the name of ''Director Smallz". I have a huge admiration for the young people in Hollywood making money moves, fresh out of ''Grambling State University", one of my HBCU rivals, with his very own film company Travis has already produced two films to his credits. Without wasting anymore time let's see what Travis has to say below..... Give the readers a brief introduction, such as name, age, and where you are from..... Hello guys, my name is Travis Donald, I hail from New Orleans, Louisiana where I have 4 brothers and 3 sisters. I come from a single parent household where my mother Shilent Donald often went without just so we could have. Going back to my siblings I must sa

LYING TO THE RACES: UrbanInsider Takes You There!!!!!!!

With us being now winding down the year of 2017, I would think the age old conversation about race would be null and void, but for some people it's just as casual as asking someone their favorite color. Being from the south you would think that might be a topic in the forefront of my mind, but it's not I simply don't care enough about the race someone is unless I since some type of ambiguity surrounding them. Our race is human I don't even think it should be something still allowed on job applications because it doesn't define the content of your character in my eyes at least, I don't even look at race in terms of dating because beauty is what intrigues me. Race is simply another way of creating division in a country that is titled "United States", we as people should be looking for and discussing things that embody a sense of unity not division. I will take it a step further in letting you know that the topic of race is actually socially constru
