It takes greatness in order to make your vision be seen by others and valued in the same way that you do. The vision that these two brothers from Louisiana created has taken the industry by storm overnight almost, Jyde and Jackson Manson. They created "Happy Memories Don't Die" from a need they saw while playing highschool and college sports, the athletes stated that having basketball shorts that fit well wasn't just a fashion-statement. These brothers were being dress-coded for rolling their shorts up, because it didn't fit the aesthetic that the school wanted to represent, coincidentally I was having a conversation with a few younger guys who I mentor who were having the same issues while playing ball. However they did make a fashion statement and quite a bold-one at that, all at once it was all over Instagram, from my frat brothers, influencers, to professional athletes.
Everybody was trending in shorts above the knee this summer which kept guys around the globe from skipping leg-day, they come in various colors and styles. It was so heavy on my timeline that when I saw the company was coming to "Sneakercon" I had to pull-up on them one-time. So it's Sunday, I get up early to beat traffic I hop in my little convertible Mercedes, and head out to Schaumburg which is about an hour from my house, I meet two of the coolest creators out there, and that's what they are to call them designers at this point would box them in. It's a style experience these brothers create that goes along with their brand, where they show you how to style the pieces they create. The boys I work with have been talking about this brand almost non-stop since I brought back one of the new releases from ''Sneakercon" for a student who wanted to attend with me but was unable to, checkout the conversation we had on our IG @UrbanInsiderMag right now and follow @hmddla on IG!!!
