Jay-Z & Beyonce Take Carnegie Hall(Photos+Full Story)

The latest in New York Socialite News is Beyonce hitting the streets for the first time since giving birth,for Jay-z’s big concert at Brooklyn’s Carnegie Hall. She was snatched rocking an Alice Temperly red dress, Jewels by Ofira & Lorraine Schwartz, McQueen Clutch and Christian Louboutin pumps. It was an elite honor as though the venue Carnegie Hall is not known for hosting hip- hop concerts, with Mc Lyte being the first if I'm correct Jay-Z will have been the only other artist of his caliber to perform there. The crowd filled the Stern Auditorium at Carnegie Hall for the first of two benefit concerts, which joined Jay's Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation with the United Way of NYC to raise money for gifted high school students who aren't financially positioned to attend college. The premium-priced charity tickets brought out the likes of Liza Minnelli and New York Yankees pitcher CC Sabathia.
