FM: So I first wanna start with saying thanks.Now Mr.Hicks let my readers know where you are from and how old you are and just some background info on yourself


JR:Thanks for having me man. It's a pleasure. Um, yea my name is Jeremy Hicks, age 23. I'm originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, but moved to Dallas Texas at 19. I had a girlfriend that lived in Dallas who was modeling and doing videos. So we went to some of the events together and I was there to support her. How I got started modeling was when an opportunity came up to audition for a fashion show and photoshoot for Renee Maurice, one of the top urban designers in Dallas. My girlfriend and other people encouraged me to audition. I tried out and made the audition which also opened up doors with the Texas Summer Music Conference and shoots with Azzure jeans and Blokes and Divas, and the rest is history. Modeling is a great way to network and market yourself. Though modeling is fun, my first love is and always will be music. I also sing R and b and I'm a musician. Music is a passion of mine. FM:What sparked your interest in the modeling industry has
this always been something you wanted to do

JR:I'll tell you man. I grew up a chubby preteen with crooked teeth. I was always getting teased. I was always looking at fitness magazines like I wanna look like that one day. So as a teenager I was always working out and playing sports tryin to get that six pack.

FM:Do you have any aspirations to do other things in the
industry such as acting etc...

JR:Yes I would like to do some acting and more producing in music and film.

FM:To date what is the biggest thing you have done in the
industry?


JR: I have a single out on itunes and I've been on MTV with the TXSMC Texas Summer Music conference fashion show. Great experience.

FM:What designers photographers other models would you like to
work with

JR: Rocawear, and Armani

FM:What is your personal style like? On a daily who are you
rocking?

JR:On my daily swagg menu I keep a pair a levis or true religion jeans, a pair of Chuck Taylor's or nikes, and a v-neck tee. I like jackets. I'm simple, though I do clean up well and when I do it's express or Armani.


But I say it's not the clothes that make the swagg, it's the attitude and the confidence.


FM:Musically who are you feeling right now?

JR:Right now I'm feelin Jay-Z, Wayne, Drake, Trey Songz, Ross, and Eminem.

FM:What's your favorite place to hangout where you are from?





JR: I like to hangout in lower Greenville in Dallas and in Addison or Fort Worth. For all of my true artists out there need to come to Deep Ellum Downtown Dallas. Its the underground spot where a lot of artists get together and vibe on some cool beings type ish. Open mics with live bands, and showcases. It's an open door and an opportunity for a lot of the networking that goes on in D-town. I've met some of the most random celebs there.

Now I’m not sure if you are familiar with Comospolitan magazine, well this setup for V-day is that from a guy’s perspective I love that you decided to bring up dating and relationships because as guys, we never really have the forum to really express that.
