FM:So model,actor,baller is who Lamar James is how does one find interests in all three of these and act on each of them with the same innate passion?
LJB:Modeling isn't something that I thought about being growing up in Kansas. I just had the opportunity so i went with it and made the leap to NYC. As far as acting goes. I have booked commerials, music videos etc. Expect to see me more. I am about to Audition my ass off. Baller, I love to play basketball and play in different leagues throughout NYC.
FM:Where are you originally from and what made you decide to involve yourself in these components of entertainment?
LJB:I was born in California but raised in Oklahoma and Hutchinson, Kansas. I am a country dude at heart. I still have a little accent. lol
FM:How old are you now and at what age did your interests spark in a career in these industries?
LJB:Ive been a model for 8 years. Things have been pretty consistent so I wouldn't say it "Sparked." It still is.
FM:Where do you draw inspiration from for each of the genres?
LJB:My inspiration comes from growing up poor and in the middle of nowhere. I want to see the world and make it big.
(as you can see Lamar is most certainly doing it big)
FM:Who would you be most interested in working with hands down and if you had no choice but to pick one of your titles which one would you pick and why?
LJB:I would choose the Acting title. I would love to work with James Cameron the movie director. No particular actors. All of them. But def James Camerson.
FM:List some of the projects you have worked on or are currently working on?
LJB:Ive had over 10 Campaigns, walked runways in NYC, Miami, and Paris. Currently I have several Companies that I am the Fit Model for.
FM:What is your personal style and who are you currently rocking?
LJB:My style is sneakers all day, V Neck t shirts even in the winter. I love Selvaged Denim Jeans and Fitted Hats. Plus im always into some nice LV accessories.
FM:Songs you can't live without?
LJB:D'Angelo's Brown Sugar album. NWA "Straight Outta Compton"
FM:Where is your favorite place to hang where you are from?
LJB:My favorite place to hang across the whole world is a basketball court. I find a place to play every city I go to.
