West spend some time enjoying the festivities during Paris Fashion week but not without having to undergo an embarrassing moment.
The self proclaimed “Louis Vuitton Don” was denied entry to the Louis show, according to Hip Hop Wired.
If that wasn’t embarrassing enough, the fashionista was also denied at the Balmain and Alexander McQueen shows. The Balmain show was at Le Grand Hotel, where West was seen sneaking off to another part of the hotel to avoid embarrassment.
Kanye West faced trouble gaining entry to Paris fashion week shows for designers Alexander McQueen and Balmain after he turned up uninvited.
The ''Stonger'' hitmaker, who wants to try his luck as a designer sometime, has been a regular to such shows but his celebrity status could not help him much, New York Post reported.
West reportedly appeared at Le Grand Hotel in the French capital with his entourage for the Balmain show only to be told he wasn''t invited, leading him to head to "a separate part of the hotel, so people didn''t see him," according to a source.
A representative for Balmain show organiser KCD said: "Mr West requested to attend and we let him know we would not be able to accommodate him. He chose to come to the door anyway and we kindly let him know we could not accommodate him."
The 33-year-old rapper then had problems getting into the Alexander McQueen show, run by the same company.
The representative added: "He did not make a request to attend, but he came uninvited. Eventually he was let in through the side door by venue management, not through the front door."
Vibe reports that West attended to the shows uninvited, resulting in him being denied entry. West has previous teamed up with Louis Vuitton and Nike to design shoes and attend runway shows.
Despite this, the Chicago rapper’s week was worth the trip -- he was allowed in the Valentino, Givenchy and Vivienne Westwood shows.
