Work is the title of the mega star's next effort.The album is said to be a party album (the same formula as B-Day)..only this time it's more heavy and a cultivation of immense genres of music all blended together.Leading the albums tenor is the first single entitled Move .It's a heavy dance track produced by Swizz Beatz.
