Life Told Through Artist Expression

The has to be the saddest story I've ever heard, Frida's paintings were a reflection of her at different stages often a life in which she spent in extreme pain. Pain I can't imagine starting from the age of 18 when suffered multiple injuries do to an accident she had on a trolley that collided with a buss. This was the inspiration for her paintings because she was bed ridden in a body cast for several months.

About the Double Portrait Frida Kahlo Painting
This large double self portrait by Frida Kahlo was painted around the time time of her divorce with the Mexican muralist Diego Rivera. Kahlo wore her heart on her sleeve when she painted, in this case almost literally. In the Frida wearing a green dress, she holds a small portrait of Diego Rivera. The painting below is also during her divorce she cut off all her hair.

Frida Kahlo said "Since my subjects have always been my sensations, my states of mind and the profound reactions that life has been producing in me, I have frequently objectified all this in figures of myself, which were the most sincere and real thing that I could do in order to express what I felt inside and outside of myself."

This was when she was pregnant while in Detroit but her fractured pelvis aborted the baby at 3 months

This was at the end of her life she was 47 years old when left this earth and a passage she stated she hoped never to return again

This Painting by Kahlo is titled The Suicide Of Dorothy Hale a New York socialite, who jumped out of the 16th floor of The Hampshire House she was found still wearing her favorite Madame X femme-fatale black velvet dress with a corsage of small yellow roses, given to her by Noguchi a former suitor.

Urban Insider talks Model Behavior with Mr. Alex Dominguez of RED Models NYC

With it now being officially spring and actually feeling like it, I thought what better way to celebrate than bringing in a little model behavior. Models often showcase the best of what the average person aspires to look like, from the clothes, the height, and even their hair. We chatted with Mr. Alex Dominguez for the proper insight, and here are our results....... Tell us a little about yourself such as where you are from, age, and for those who aren't familiar what agency you are currently signed with..... I was born Alexander P Dominguez in Washington DC on December 4th, and have resided in Prince George's county Maryland for most of my life. I graduated from Frostburg State university with a degree in Criminal Justice. I come from a good traditional Filipino family, and I am presently represented by RED model management NY. What was it and when was it that make you first take an interest in becoming a male model..... I really had no intentions of...

Spotlight On:The New It Girl Jessica Burciaga

She has it all from the girl next door appeal, to extreme sex appeal. I first took notice of her when I saw the Jamie Foxx ft Drake "Fall For Your Type" video and to be honest I had to take a sceond glance because I really thought that she was JLO. It wasnt until recently when I actually found out who this stunning beauty is who looks like she could be Jennifer Lopez's little sister. Jessica Burciaga (born April 11, 1983) is an American model . Her father is Mexican and her mother is French and Irish . She was selected to be Playboy's February 2009 Playmate of the Month .   I think we are just starting to see the beginning of the beautiful Jessica, and that she has alot more in store......

Drew Vision Talks “Date Beyond” & “Big Little Lies” for VDay 2025

First and foremost thank you!!!! Now I’m not sure if you are familiar with Comospolitan magazine, well this setup for V-day is that from a guy’s perspective I love that you decided to bring up dating and relationships because as guys, we never really have the forum to really express that. With that being said what is your ideal first date and why….     Yeah, men can never express! And we’re expected not to have feelings so for most of my life, I didn’t, but I’ve been tapped in lately. For a first date I think it should be something very casual because the stakes shouldn’t be high. My ideal first date is something in nature like a scenic walk or a picnic. The reason is because nobody should be spending money on someone you don’t know and also it shouldn’t be somewhere loud because I think the conversation is the most important thing.  Is it ok to ask what your dating situation is like gender wise, and how do you really know if you’re attracted to that person or is it just ...
