Hot Picks from David Yurman

There are 18 David Yurman boutiques across 10 states and four boutiques across three international cities as of mid-2009.Their first international store was opened in Hong Kong's International Finance Center, with the brand's Asia headquarters nearby. at age 16, he was introduced to Cuban welder and sculptor Ernesto Gonzales while visiting his sister in Provincetown, MA. In sculpting, David found an outlet and focus for his creativity, which he would develop over the next two decades as an apprentice under the tutelage of renowned sculptors Jacques Lipshitz and Theodore Rozack (he collaborated with Picasso and Modigliani). Following a year at NYU, David left college and hitchhiked across the country to California where he found refuge in the beatnik artist colony of Big-Sur.

In the late 1960’s, David returned from his bohemian sojourn in California to Greenwich Village where he began working with sculptor Hans Van de Bovenkamp. It was in his studio that David met Sybil Kleinrock, a gifted painter who, like David, recently returned from the beatnik scene in California.
While wearing one of David’s pieces to an art opening, Sybil caught the eye of the gallery owner who asked if it was for sale. Although David couldn’t dream of recreating something so personal, Sybil saw an opportunity. In the early 1970’s, David and Sybil moved to the countryside and formed Putnam Art Works. Throughout the decade, David and Sybil exhibited their designs and paintings at various craft fairs, and in 1979 they were married. By running Putnam Art Works, the dream team couple learned the marketplace for fine crafts and jewelry, laying the groundwork for the founding of David Yurman, the brand and company, in 1980. By the mid-1980s, Yurman had made a name for himself with his cable bracelet. This style has become iconic and remains David Yurman’s signature. His company has gone on to produce various jewelry and watch collections for men and women, as well as his own signature fragrance and eyewear collection.

Urban Insider talks Model Behavior with Mr. Alex Dominguez of RED Models NYC

With it now being officially spring and actually feeling like it, I thought what better way to celebrate than bringing in a little model behavior. Models often showcase the best of what the average person aspires to look like, from the clothes, the height, and even their hair. We chatted with Mr. Alex Dominguez for the proper insight, and here are our results....... Tell us a little about yourself such as where you are from, age, and for those who aren't familiar what agency you are currently signed with..... I was born Alexander P Dominguez in Washington DC on December 4th, and have resided in Prince George's county Maryland for most of my life. I graduated from Frostburg State university with a degree in Criminal Justice. I come from a good traditional Filipino family, and I am presently represented by RED model management NY. What was it and when was it that make you first take an interest in becoming a male model..... I really had no intentions of...

She has it all from the girl next door appeal, to extreme sex appeal. I first took notice of her when I saw the Jamie Foxx ft Drake "Fall For Your Type" video and to be honest I had to take a sceond glance because I really thought that she was JLO. It wasnt until recently when I actually found out who this stunning beauty is who looks like she could be Jennifer Lopez's little sister. Jessica Burciaga (born April 11, 1983) is an American model . Her father is Mexican and her mother is French and Irish . She was selected to be Playboy's February 2009 Playmate of the Month .   I think we are just starting to see the beginning of the beautiful Jessica, and that she has alot more in store......

Drew Vision Talks “Date Beyond” & “Big Little Lies” for VDay 2025

First and foremost thank you!!!! Now I’m not sure if you are familiar with Comospolitan magazine, well this setup for V-day is that from a guy’s perspective I love that you decided to bring up dating and relationships because as guys, we never really have the forum to really express that. With that being said what is your ideal first date and why….     Yeah, men can never express! And we’re expected not to have feelings so for most of my life, I didn’t, but I’ve been tapped in lately. For a first date I think it should be something very casual because the stakes shouldn’t be high. My ideal first date is something in nature like a scenic walk or a picnic. The reason is because nobody should be spending money on someone you don’t know and also it shouldn’t be somewhere loud because I think the conversation is the most important thing.  Is it ok to ask what your dating situation is like gender wise, and how do you really know if you’re attracted to that person or is it just ...
