VIP guests in attendance included designer Rebecca Minkoff, Jason Wu, Monique Pean, as well as Claude Morais and Brian Wolk of Ruffian. Models Joan Smalls, Lily Kwong looked absolutely lovely. Lauren Remington Platt - Founder and C.E.O. of Vênsette.com was also quiet striking. Kate Schelter illuminated the affair with her presence. Maggie Betts and Sarah Brown, two of the events co-chairs, looked great during their appearance.
The Whitney Contemporaries organized the Art Party. The Whitney Contemporaries are the Museum's link to finding future leaders and patrons who will carry on the Whitney's mission of supporting American art. The Contemporaries enjoy special access to the Whitney's resources and the New York art scene through curator-led tours, gallery walks, and visits to private collections, artists' studios, and contemporary art fairs.
